The Opya Way

The Opya Way

Opya specializes in in-home Early Intervention autism therapy for children 18 months up to 6 years old. We built Opya around three guiding principles that result in the best outcomes for the children and families we serve: Early Intervention; In-Home Care; and Connectivity.

Our mission is to prepare young children diagnosed with autism to reach their full potential while making the ABA therapy experience as easy as possible for parents.

Our amazing clinical team of highly trained, compassionate BCBAs, RBTs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists have dedicated their professional lives to helping children diagnosed with autism reach their full potential.

Early intervention autism therapy is what we do best.

The best results happen when care starts before age 6

Studies have shown that ABA therapy outcomes with children are optimized when treatment starts as early as 18 months old. We specialize in early intervention care for children 18 months up to 6 years old to help better prepare them to transition to the elementary school setting.

98% of pediatricians and psychologists agree that early intervention autism therapy is essential to a child’s development.

There is no place like home when it comes to ABA therapy

Here at Opya, we provide early intervention autism therapy in your home. In-home treatment allows our therapists to connect with your child where they are most comfortable, their home.

Home is the optimal place for very young children to receive autism therapy because it is safe and comfortable, and where the most meaningful learning occurs. Additionally, in-home treatment is where we can best prepare your child to transition to new care settings like elementary school far more effectively.

Connectivity is empowering

Technology supports our connected care model and allows us to deliver a high level of communication and collaboration that empowers our clinicians and the families in our care.
We strive to streamline communication and information sharing among stakeholders. Connectivity results in happier clients and staff and better outcomes for your child’s treatment.

Our Multidisciplinary Approach

In addition to in-home ABA therapy, we offer speech, occupational, and feeding therapy via telehealth in order to provide a tailored and holistic approach to autism treatment that addresses the whole child.

Speech Therapy

We utilize evidence-based practice to design and implement child-specific therapy plans to address articulation, language, social and Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) skills.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy focuses on improving fine motor, gross motor and sensory processing skills as needed for every-day activities.

Feeding Therapy

This practice is for exceptionally picky eaters; we use research based programming that children enjoy to get them to eat a variety of foods.
